Just around the corner from the Deli on the Square is the Mousetrap Cheese Shop.They also have shops in Leominster and Hereford and a dairy, where you can see their cheese being made at Pleck Farm, Monkland. Pleck Farm is situated on Herefordshire's famous Black and White trail on the A44, two miles west of the historic market town of Leominster.
They offer a range of local, British farmhouse and continental cheeses, mostly made from unpasteurised milk. Their own varieties include Little Hereford (also available oak smoked), Hereford Sage, Monkland and Monkland with garlic & chives.
