Llandudno Smokery (or is it SmOakery?) carry out hot and cold smoking using smoke from smoldering Welsh oak chips and sawdust.
You can buy smoked salmon and trout, chicken, duck and goose breast and new products are continually being developed. You can also buy local Conwy mussels. They also sell sauces, marinades, garnishes, oils and other products which complement their fresh and smoked foods.
