The Family JAM Production Co.

I first met Celia and Pam Toler when we were guests on a programme about Cheshire food on Red Shift Radio.   The two sisters make jam and preserves at Yarrangall Green Farm (Yarrangall means a place with a good view) which is situated on the Sandstone Trail.
Their philosophy is simple.  The fruit and vegetables come form their own farm farm (or other family and friends) and their recipes use natural preserving methods (sugar and vinegar, but no salt, additives or artificial flavours).

I know these Victoria Plums:
taste gorgeous because Pam gave us some.  Besides Victoria plum jam they also do Greengage plum jam, Mirabelle plum jam, and Round plum jam and that's just the plum varieties!
They also do jellies (like wild crab apple jelly) and fruit cheeses (they don't contain any cheese, but their quince cheese is highly recommended to eat with cheese).  They also make chutneys like their Cheshire Chutney (blackberry, plum, apple), or rhubarb and banana chutney.

They do a range of cordials:
(damson, rhubarb, plum, elderflower, grape and rosehip) which are nice diluted with soda water.

They have a shop and café, but it's only open on Wednesday mornings.  However you can also buy online.
