Hale - Hill's Bakery

After the recent horse meat scandal, I'm surprised that more people aren't taking a closer interest in what's in their bread.  You'll have no worries about that at Hill's Bakery in Hale though, and naturally (sorry about the pun) you'll find them on the Real Bread Campaign's Bread Finder.
Last year they celebrated their 100th anniversary, and it's still a family run business.  Once your inside the shop you'll need to decide whether to go for a white tin:
or a bloomer, a Manchester cob, or a soughdough...
