I've already mentioned the Ludlow branch of the Mousetrap Cheese Shop and this is another lovely cheese shop.
I love the names of some of the cheeses they sell, Stinking Bishop and Ticklemore. In case you're wondering, the former gets its name from the perry it is immersed in, which is made from the local Stinking Bishop pear.They sell their own cheese (Little Hereford, Hereford Sage, and Monkland), but I decided to try the Smarts Double Gloucester.
