Crewe for a longtime has had connections with Poland and now one in six people in Crewe are Polish.

Dwa Koty offer a wide range of Polish foods polish foods such as steamed white sausage, roasted sausage of białowieza, highlanders' sausage, podwawelska sausage, frankfurter sausage, ham sausage, stove-smoked sausage, slavic sausage, sausage jasiuk, liver sausage, company's liver sausage, juniper sausage, dry sausage of krakow, hunter's sausage, sausage of zywiec!

For those who don’t like sausage they also sell bread, salmon loin, luxury ham, cherry ham, slavic ham, pork ham, house ham, mortadella, mortadella with paprika, house black pudding, fruit juices, jams, sweets and Polish beer.

Also on Nantwich road is Wendy's Thai supermarket (a small shop really) which is between a Japanese restaurant and a Chinese take away.

There's also two Thai restaurants nearby.

Munroe’s

Munroe’s is a shop bringing you the culture and cuisine of Caribbean foods and other international products from places such as Africa, Bangladesh, the Philippines and many more.

Try their frozen ready meals of Rice and Peas (a very popular dish throughout the Caribbean which should be called "Rice and Beans" as there's not usually a "pea" in sight) or curried goat. They also do frozen mutton patties.

Fresh produce may include yam (white & yellow), okra, coriander, chillies, plantains, sweet potatoes, cassava and Scotch bonnet peppers.

The staff are very friendly and will give advice if necessary and they also do private catering.

They also sell Bob Marley T-shirts and Afro hair extensions!
