Wheelock Hall Farm Shop is a good farm shop with easy access from the M6.

I go there for my potatoes, they sell amongst others, Wilja which is a versatile variety which you can bake, boil, chip, mash or roast. Best of all you can have them in a 11.5 kg bag (which will suit smaller families) as well as bigger bags. It's run by the very pleasant Witter family.

There's a good selection of fruit and veg, bread and cakes, meats and preserves etc. There's also mugs and cards etc.

its a fantastic place that allways has plenty of wonderfull food and sells ice cream as well as having a playground
