Snugburys

Chris and Cheryl Sadler have been making Jersey ice cream on their farm (just north of Nantwich on the A51) for almost as long as I can remember. It started off in their kitchen and now they over 100,000 visitors a year.

They have spectacular straw sculptures in the summer, in 2007 it was "Dish of the day" - a 32 foot diameter straw model of Jodrell Bank radio telescope, weighing over 6 tonnes! Go on their web site and see pictures of the previous entries.

They clearly do everything with great passion and attention to detail.

They also do a diabetic and slimmers ice cream, frozen yoghurt and sorbets.

They've also introduced a walk to the nearby Llangollen Canal.
