Harborne OHO

OHO stands for Organic Home Offerings. The emphasis is on organic and fair trade products. They sell a wide range of fruit and vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, wine and beer including Freedom Lager.

What I really liked about this shop was that when I called there were people throughout the shop offering you food to try.

Love it too!! A fantastic shop, an excellent product range, and always help at hand for advice for new things to try.

It is organic yes, but when you look at the product lables, you will see that most of the produce INCLUDING the fruit and veg available, is flown half way around the world. Waitrose at the top of the High St would be a better bet. They sell organic, local (within England minimum) produce. AND it's cheaper...Sorry, but OHO is good for some items that aren't generally stocked elsewhere, but for the basics most other things you would want in your cupboards, go somewhere else.
