Mold Farmers Market

Some have commented that visiting farmers' markets has become a bit like a religion in our house, so I suppose it was only appropriate to find Mold Farmers' Market in a church!

Mold Farmers Market takes place on the first Saturday every month in St Mary’s on King Street.

You can buy Barabrith and Welsh Cakes and when I went there was some very good fruit and vegetables.  My favourite stall was Natty's pantry:
Natty's pantry sells Welsh Rarebit ready made for you to enjoy in minutes. All you need to do is spread it on hot toast and pop it under the grill. She also does Welsh rarebit with bacon and Welsh rarebit with leek.  It seems a bit lazy, but I never get round to making it myself, and it was very convenient and nice.
