Hilly Billy Ice-Cream

If anyone tells you Cheshire is flat, you should visit Hilly Billy Ice-Cream!  It's up in the Peak District, above Wildboarclough.  Have you tried the Terrain feature in Google maps yet, it's great in hilly areas.
As you come down the farm drive, you may spot a Belted Galloway or a Highland cow (they do have their own dairy herd as well). The Waller family launched Hilly Billy ice-cream in 2002 and are continually adding to the farm's attractions. They are keen to demonstrate to the public the link between farming and food and allow public access to the milking parlour.
You can have a drink or a meal in their tea room, part of which is a converted 19th century milking shippon. There's also a nature trail.
