Gordon Snape's bakery is in a former chapel in nearby Woore (see here), but he has a shop in Market Drayton.
The flyers in his window proclaim "Real old English bread at its best" and "the taste of the past today". They do organic and wholemeal bread. They don't use hydrogenated fat and they keep the salt content low. And yes, it is very nice bread.
