T. O. Williams has already had a mention in this blog in my Wem entry, but I thought I'd give them another mention because I think their Market Drayton branch is even better than the Wem branch. It's a fine shop selling cheese, hams and other deli items and excellent products from their bakery.

Being Market Drayton they have to sell gingerbread and I've finished this post with a picture of their gingerbread. But their gingerbread is, of course, Wem gingerbread. However some say the recipe came from Market Drayton.....
Since this post was written, T O William has closed - but there's still a good deli here.
