Radio Stoke

Radio Stoke came to Nantwich yesterday, and did a live piece about this blog on their Breakfast Show.  Their reporter, Denholm Siegertsz (pictured above left) was very professional and I felt did a very good job.  Den clearly knew a bit about oatcakes and didn't suggest (like another reporter I once met) that Staffordshire oatcake sellers should increase their prices by selling smoked salmon and brie oatcakes! Hopefully the piece will encourage more people to try this delicacy...
