When I called at Sneyd Oatcakes, the owner had been at work since 3:50a.m. (they're open 6:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. Wednesday to Sunday)! The shop's been there for about 10 years, and the current owner's been there around 2½ years. Pikelets are popular in this shop, he can sell as many as he can make!
