Manchester - Woo Sang

Close to one of my favourite Chinese restaurants (the Little Yang Sing) is Woo Sang.  According to their web site they sell over 6,000 food product lines from around the Far East.  

If you don't normally do this sort of cookery they sell recipe books and spice kits, below are spices for making Tom Yum (a Thai soup).
