Next door to the Olive Tree Deli is the Hand Made Sausage Company. They make all their own sausages. They make over 30 different varieties, we tried their Warwickshire sausages which were good. Game is avialable when in season, they buy direct from the local shoots. They also sell Packington corn fed free range poultry.
