Faulkner's Organics is run by Liz and Tony Faulkner, and is one of the reasons why I called at Ramsbottom. You can buy good qulaity fruit and vegetables and prices are reasonable. You can also buy organic cheese.
They operate a box scheme for neighbouring villages.
