Mousetrap Cheese

Pleck Farm is the home of Monkland Dairy, which is the home of Little Hereford Cheese.  It's situated on Herefordshire's famous Black and White Trail, two miles west of Leominster.  Their hand made cheeses include Little Hereford which has a creamy texture with a dryish finish and is also available oak smoked, Hereford Sage (like the Little Hereford with fresh sage incorporated in to the curd), Monkland (a brine bathed cheese) and Monklandwith garlic & chives.
Besides their own cheese they have some other great British cheeses, like Appleby's Cheshire, Cenarth Brie,  Colston Bassett StiltonHawes Wensleydale, Keen's Cheddar, and Yorkshire Blue.
There's also a café, where you can have a ploughman's lunch, local ice cream or cake and a drink.

To go with their cheese they also sell pickles and chutneys, quince jelly and a small selection of local beers, ciders, fruit gins and cider brandy.

Oh yes, their Monkland with galic and chive is superb, as is the Appleby's Cheshire you mentioned.
