Wallers’ award-winning sausages and pies have regularly won Gold awards. Apparently the Hairy Bikers (or is it Bakers?) were in the shop the day before I called. Is that why the butcher's bike was above the canopy?
All meats are reared outdoors at local farms.
It made me smile how I was repeatedly told how to cook my sausages "grilled, but not too high a light" - this butcher is clearly passionate about his sausages and didn't want a cremation! D. T. Waller & Sons Limited
