Bishop's Castle - Sol Delicatessen

Sol Delicatessen is situated in a lovely old building, close to the House on Crutches, in the centre of Bishop's Castle.
Inside it's packed with fine food and wine, and kitchenware.
You can buy quiche, including one made with leeks and Shropshire blue cheese.

They sell a wide range of preserves, including ginger chutney, military pickle, beetroot relish, tomato and chili jam and onion and rosemary marmalade, all made in Bishop's Castle by Acanthus. The Shropshire honey they sell comes from bees on the Shropshire Hills and nearby Acton Scott historic working farm.
