Grouse, partridge, pigeon, wild ducks, rabbits hares, pheasant, you name it you can get it from Furness Fish, Poultry and Game Supplies. They're based at Flookburgh, just south of the Lake District and on the edge of Morecambe Bay. There's plenty of other sellers of meat at Borough Market. One stall was even selling pigs' heads (to see you through the week)!
