I was fortunate to speak to Dan Mortimer himself, when I visited Mortimer & Bennett, he's clearly passionate about everything he does. Mortimer & Bennett is one of London's very best delicatessens and all the staff are friendly and helpful.They have a very fine selection of cheeses, including some particularly good blue cheeses like Bleu d'Auvergne Morin and Fourme d'Ambert Morin, Picos Blue, Roquefort Vieux Berger, Cropwell Bishop Organic Stilton, and Stichelton.
I bought some Tomme Corse, a very fine cheese made from ewe's milk from Corsica.

They sell Italian classics like Mostarda Di Voghera (whole candied fruits preserved in syrup and mustard seed oil) and a good selection of olive oils and vinegars:
