W Potts & Son have been making bread in New Mills for a long time (I'm not sure how long - I couldn't really ask many questions as they were too busy serving customers).
I also struggled to take pictures inside the shop, as it was so full of customers. Most of the stuff in this shop is home made, I was pleased to see they do a low GI multi seed bread with reduced salt levels.
As it's getting on for Easter, I thought I'd show you one of their hot cross buns.
