If you're going to Chester Food, Drink and Lifestyle Festival this Easter you might also like to visit Backford Belles Jersey Ice Cream. It's just off the A41, and not far from Chester Zoo.
It's run by mother and daughter, Mary and Ruth Littler, and the milk for the ice-cream comes from the family's Jersey cows.

There's a good selection of flavours including Belgian chocolate strawberry, and sticky toffee fudge, we especially enjoyed the cappuccino ice-cream.
