Kirkbymoorside - Scrumptious Deli

Even if it's not Market Day, Kirkbymoorside is still worth a visit to go to Scrumptious Deli!

The shop is packed inside with good home made food.  You can buy all home roast beef, ham or turkey.  I would particularly recommend the salads:

They also do homemade ready meals, including a vegetarian, and gluten free selection and outside catering.

If you like glacé fruit, they sell glacé apricots, figs, pears, orange rings, lemon rings and pineapple rings.

There's also apple, lemon meringue or pecan pies, and custard, treacle or Yorkshire curd tarts.
