Park Farm Shop and Tearooms

Park Farm Shop is on the A56, about 500 yards north of junction 1 on the M66.
It's a proper farm shop, milk from their farm is bottled and taken straight over to the farm shop for sale. John and Margaret Lees had one son and five daughters, and felt they needed to diversify to keep them all in jobs!
Upstairs there's a 120 seat licensed tea room.
In 2007 three of the daughters appeared on "The F Word" and got a impressive score of 126 out of 150.  They then got the only 50 out of 50 score in the series for their chocolate desert whilst cooking at Claridges, so the dishes in the tea room should be good!
There's also a garden centre,
with a good selection of herbs.
Besides milk and dairy products, the shop sells free range hens' eggs  (and duck and goose eggs),
Lancashire Sauce and Slack's dry cured bacon bacon and sausage from Cumbria.
Even some of the bread is made using their own milk!
One thing they're famous for is their Wimberry Pie.  My photos don't do it justice.
