Bolton - Zest Fine Food

For some unknown reason there's not many good food shops in the Bolton area, so I was delighted to find Zest Fine Food.  It's a delicatessen and brasserie/coffee shop:
In the brasserie they make and serve fresh food and they're hoping to start a cookery school soon.  It's less than a couple of miles from Smithills Hall, a 14th Century Grade I listed manor house.


In the delicatessen they sell Willie's chocolate, Jimmy's Farm pork products, a good range of olives and olive oils:
and for lovers of  Indian food, Spice-N-Tice blended herbs and spices and Vya's chutneys

Spice Kits are excellent ways for quickly making authentic indian food.
I would also redhotcuisine, and can not reccomend their 'bombay potato' very highly.
They also have a section for Indian Recipes.
