Highfield House Farm is owned by the Prince family and sells meat from their own farm and other local farms. They also sell oats and organic untreated flour from Maud Foster Mill. You can also buy locally produced vegetables, and jams and marmalades which are made in Youlgreave, and Derbyshire oatcakes.

This farm shop has a particularly good butchery department.
They sell lamb from their own two pedigree flocks, beef is matured for a minimum of 21 days and they also sell their own dry cured bacon and sausage.
