Tom and Paul Stephens has been selling cider and perry from Newton Court for the last 10 years, but it's been made there for far longer than that. I was offered a free sample to try before I bought and I asked to try a dry cider. I thought the sample was rather sweet, and was told that they had two others which were more drier than my first tasting, but they'd found that most people didn't realise how dry farmhouse cider could be!

They sometimes have trout for sale, and they can also sell you lamb (by prior arrangement).
