More? The Artisan Bakery

More? The Artisan Bakery was started by Cumbrian chef Patrick Moore.  He started selling at farmers’ markets, food fairs and events and last year set up shop in Staveley.  Their bread is hand crafted and made on the premises. 

All their bread is created using traditional slow fermentation methods and naturally occurring "wild yeasts".  The range includes sourdough miche.   

They also have a nice range of cakes, patisserie and puddings which include meringues (made with unrefined golden caster sugar) and their award winning chocolate Muddees.
