Great Lever - Frasers Butchers
If you're celebrating Burns Night tonight, and prefer beef to haggis, you might like some beef from the Orkney Islands. I don't know whether I should admit I first spotted Frasers Butchers whilst watching Come Dine With Me, I was rather intrigued why a butcher near Bolton should be selling Orkney Gold Beef!
They're a Q Guild Butcher, which I've found is always a guarantee of good quality and they aim to sell things you probably won't find in your local supermarket. Besides the beef from the Orkney Islands, they sell Copas free range bronze turkey and Packington pork and poultry. They also sell a range of oven ready products prepared on the premises.
