Roly's Fudge Pantry

A few years ago I visited the Pannier Market in Barnstable, and the thing that stuck in my mind was a wonderful smell of fudge being made.

Roly's Fudge started as a single West Country shop in 1989, and now there's outlets across the UK, Ireland and even the USA.  The fudge is made freshly every day in small batches and smells fantastic. 

I took these pictures in the Sidmouth shop, it's just a pity you can't smell the fudge being made on the Internet!
