Newby Hall Farm Shop

Newby Hall is situated in North Yorkshire, between Boroughbridge and Ripon (thanks to Andrew Whale for the use of the picture above).   The house is famous for its fine Robert Adam interiors.  


Three miles east of Newby Hall is Newby Hall farm shop:

The farm shop is strong on local produce, with over 90% of the products sold there are produced from within 40 miles.

We can particularly recommend the quiches they sell:

The Aberdeen Angus beef is reared on the estate by J C Lister Farms, and you can also buy game from the estate.

They sell their own apple juice and, if you fancy something stronger, there's some good Yorkshire beers including beers from Copper Dragon, Richmond Brewing, Little Valley Brewery and Great Newsome Brewery:
