Leominster - Barber & Manuel

Barber and Manuel was closed when I visited Leominster  (a lovely town in Herefordshire) two years ago.  I went back for three reasons: to have a look at the last used ducking stool in England, to visit Eric Celton's Broad Street Deli and to go Barber & Manuel.  I was sad I couldn't find the Broad Street Deli any more, but then delighted to find Barber & Manuel was open and Eric had moved there!


They sell all the usual deli items, but my advice is to try and find some thing that  Eric Celton (a chef from Les Sables-d'Olonne) has made himself.  I've never been disappointed.
