Liskeard - Beddoe's Arcade Fruits

Andy Beddoe's Arcade Fruits is a great place to find local produce. The words "supporting Cornish growers" appear in his window, and the shop is packed with local Cornish vegetables:

He's a keen supporter of Growfair, who buy direct from local farmers and aim to reduce food miles and CO2 emissions.

In case you wondering, I'm a bit behind with some of my posting and I'm sure the carrots are now bigger than these:

It's a great shop for whatever's in season and, this being Cornwall, that's probably before the rest of us get it!
