Dabber's Dish

I don't normally include recipes in this blog, but as I've just won a competition I'll make an exception!  The bowl above is my entry for a Nantwich Cheese and Onion Soup which has won the individual award in the Dabber's Dish competition.  Nantwich butcher, Charles Clewlow, won the local business award with his Dabber’s Pie, which was featured in this blog in 2009.
