One of the highlights of visiting Sheffield's Moor Market was discovering Cossack Cuisine:
Amongst the cafés, in a Sheffield market, is the last place I'd expect to find anywhere selling authentic Russian cuisine. Steve is showing me their Russian and Hungarian style bread:
It's a wonderful place, where you can try something completely different without breaking the bank! It reminded me of when we visited St Petersburg, but without the annoying visa charges.
Since writing this review Cossack Cuisine no longer trade at Moor Market. They still do Farmers Markets.

(who comes from St Petersburg) is showing me пиро́г (a Russian pie with mushrooms), which has just come out of the oven. They tasted great, as did this pirog (made with roast aubergine, leek, and red pepper in cheesy sauce):
If you've got a sweet tooth, there's honey cake:
