One place I was told to visit, when I told a friend I was visiting Sheffield's Moor Market was Waterall Brothers. They've a traditional pork butchers, and have been trading since 1964 (they used to be in the old Castle Market). There was a large queue for their pork pies:
they also do huntsman pies and pork and black pudding pies:
and roast hocks and chaps (pigs cheeks):
