Alsager - Hall Farm Shop

Hall Farm Shop is just over 5 minutes from Junction 16 of the M6, - but in another world!  To get there, look out for signs to the Old Mill Hotel, (on the outskirts of Alsager). Then drive down a short lane, past the old mill, and the mill pond:
and you'll see signs to this farm shop and café.

It's a family business, run by Stuart and Karen Morris, which is located in a restored old milking parlour on the farm.
They sell their own lamb, the beef comes from the Holdcroft family at Higher Foxley Farm, Audley, and their free range pork comes from Buttercross Farm near Market Drayton.
In fact everything here is sourced as locally as possible, from named suppliers.  It's a good place to get fresh produce, free range eggs come from Paces, at Medhurst Green, and potatoes come from Pierpoints at the Acres Farm in Holmes Chapel:
A lot of the cakes, pies and deli items are home made. Bread and cakes also come from Alison's home made (in Winterley) and Mandeville's Bakery (in Holmes Chapel). They also have gluten-free produce.

There's also a nice café:
selling homemade cakes and light lunches, including Staffordshire oatcakes from High Lane Oatcakes.

There's also a selection of beers, from The Tatton Brewery in Knutsford.

Next door is Phil, at the Garden Shed, who sells plants and flowers.
