Tring - Beechwood Fine Foods

This is the first time I've seen locally sourced grapes in a good food shop! Toby and Sarah's Beechwood Fine Foods is a lovely café and deli, just off the High Street in the attractive market town of Tring: 

They're also the box office for the Pendely Court Theatre and, having looked at their programme, I wish we lived nearer!  

It was quite difficult getting a picture inside the shop: 

because it was full of locals enjoying a drink and Sarah’s homemade cakes.  

Sarah's Victoria Plum Jam, Boozy Berry Jam and Old Doverhouse Chutney have all won Gold stars in the Great Taste Awards.

Everything here is as local as it can be. The coffee comes from Smiths Coffee Company in Hemel Hempstead:

There's also locally baked bread and teacakes: 

Fruit and vegetables come from Grove Farm, just a mile away in Ivinghoe:

Even the chocolates are sourced as locally as possible, coming from The Cocoa Garden in Weddover and Kiwi Chik who are also based in Tring:

My family loved the chilli and lime mango chocolates.
