Apparently Bondgate was for tenants who did not have 'burgage' privileges! Everything at this traditional Yorkshire bakery is made from scratch on the premises:

They use local suppliers wherever possible and only use free-range eggs. All their bread meets the criteria for approval by the Campaign for Real Bread.

They make over 20 different sorts of delicious quiche. Their Yorkshire Curd Tart is legendary, and they make all sorts of delicious tray bakes - the perfect companion for a stroll on Otley Chevin!
