Burslem - JB Oatcake Bakery

JB Oatcake Bakery used to be at Fegg Hayes, but now have moved to bigger and better premises just by the Haywood Academy and Haywood Hospital.

They start work at 4:30 am and make 90 dozen per hour with the wonderful old machine you can see at the top of this post. Prices are very reasonable, this cheese oatcake cost just £1:

and you can have a nutella oatcake for just 50p!

They're shut on Sundays and Mondays, and I reckon they deserve a break!
