Armstrong's of Stockbridge

You know it's going to be a good fishmongers when you see customers queuing outside the shop!

Armstrong's in Stockbridge it's a great fishmongers, and it's great just looking through the window deciding what you are going to have.

They've been trading for over 60 years and sell everything from shrimps to sharks!  Unlike my local supermarket, there are no unpleasant fishy smells - as all the fish here is really fresh. The cold water fish comes from off the Scotish coast, they also sell some exotic fish which is sourced and flown in from Brazil, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

They also have their own smokehouse on the premises, and they produce excellent smoked salmon.
